is it possible when using the iPhone app to add attachments to a sheet other than photos. For example to take a file from Onedrive and add it as an attachment to a row on a sheet.

At this time, the iOS app only supports attaching images and video from the device. Apple locks down this sort of functionality but have recently started opening some of it up to developers. We are working with the Apple team to look into adding this functionality to future releases but I dont have a timeline for when this might be added.
Android devices do support attaching files from almost any source, if you have access to an Android device.
