Renaming columns

Even though I have admin access to the sheet, I still do not have the option of renaming columns?

You have to have a paid license to edit column names.

Has anyone noticed that the source sheet 'link' in an email notification is not a link anymore?
Is this intentional? I can't find any online documentation supporting this change. It appears that the actual 'link' behind the sheet name text has been removed. I'm on board with this because often people click the link and want access when they don't need it. I do still see the link at the very bottom of the email.
