any one know what is this or how to fix it
Hi,
Which account do you have and how many emails have you sent?
Check the limits here: https://www.smartsheet.com/legal/limits-policy
Are you over the limits for your account?
Hope that helps!
Have a fantastic weekend!

Has anything changed since the way you've done it previously?
As far as I know, there isn't any counter to check. If nothing has changed and if it's the same in a few days, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team. Smartsheet Support Team

thank you for your help ,
nothing have changed i think it may be a bug i don't know i will try to contact them
appreciate your effort
Hello—
This isn't a bug.
The trial account you're using has reached its limit of the amount of emails that it can send. To deter spam from Smartsheet, trial accounts have a limit to the number of emails that can be sent out from them.
If your boss has upgraded to a paid plan, then you can transfer ownership of your sheets to them, and make sure they recreate any automation rules on the sheet that might automatically send email out. More info on transferring sheet ownership can be found in our help center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/520103-change-the-owner-sheet-report-dashboard
If that's not an option, you might consider reducing the number of emails that come out from your account.
thank you
I'm always happy to help!
Hi, "Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required." is the very first line in the body of every form I create. I don't remember seeing it before (unless you missed filling out a required field; then you would see the message). Is there a way to turn it off or change it? None of my forms are in English so the message is…
I have a sheet that I pull into a report. The report I then want to use to make a stacked bar chart and put into a dashboard if I can. The columns I am trying to make into a stacked chart are: Lead, project and phase. The issue is that there are several leads and I need the stacked bar chart to show in different colors for…
I have a dynamic view setup for a dashboard that has NO restrictions And on the Sharing tab, I have a Group that I created as the additional share access to the view But the individuals in the Group still cannot see the data from the dashboard. Am I missing something? Because when I share the view to them individually…
