i want to send a pre-formatted email to clients based on a change of condition. how do i do this?
Hi Blair, currently the only automated email that is sent when changes are made, are notifications.
We do integrate with Zapier which can send an email (pre formatted) based on a trigger in your sheet. Check out https://zapier.com/ for more info.
