i have set pivot tables to refresh immediately but they are not auto refreshing when data is added manually to a sheet or via a form. Only way i get them to refresh is to manually go in to each pivot table and refresh
Hello,
This sounds like a technical issue that will require in-depth troubleshooting. Would you be able to open a ticket with our support team? If you can include screenshots of your Pivot settings, that would be a great start.
Thank you!

Anthony
Is there an update on this. I have the same issue with my pivot tables.
I am experiencing the same issue with my pivot tables. Is there a solution I can manage on my own or do I need to submit a request for technical support?
I am experiencing the same issue with my pivot tables. I have set up my pivot tables to refesh immediately but when I update data on my sheet, the pivot table doesn't automatically refresh immediately causing my dashboard to reflect inaccurate data. What is the solution here?
Hi Team,
Do we have any updates on this?
I am having the same issue. The Pivot table is not updating even though I updated my master list.
Causing Dashboard showing outdated data as well.
Please advise.
Hi @QIAN WEN LIM
This sounds like unexpected behaviour so please contact the Smartsheet Support team through this form, here.
It would be helpful if you could provide them with screen captures of your Pivot configuration, the source data, the result, and the Dashboard without updates. It would also be helpful if you could let them know the last time that this ran as expected and when the issue started occurring so they can test your scenario.
Thanks!
Genevieve
