Unable to locate document on Smartsheet website

I am currently going through the Smartsheet Lab (and finding it very helpful). I found a pdf document last week called the Help Center. It's about 300 pages long and was a pdf on their site. I can't find that document anywhere!!!! Can anyone direct me to that pdf?
