In the filter section of Smartsheet I would like an option to include children (another checkbox). Currently you can check to Include Parent, but in my case the parent holds the status for all of the children.
Probably need a helper column for this one. Or use a report and a dashboard depending on your use case. Can you post a picture of the sheet?
I would suggest either having the children reflect the PARENT row either in the same column or in a hidden helper column.
We had a licensed user delete several files before leaving our organization. All of the sheets he owned have been transferred to someone else.
