How to assign my ressources to meet my deadlines

Hello community,

I am stuck in a wall and somebody someone can help.

My project is around write travel brochures. In my sheet, each task is the writing of a brochure.

Each task is associated with a quantity of work (here number of pages per brochure)

My clients impose start and end dates.

My resources are writers (I have 10 writers at my disposal), who have a daily productivity (10 pages per day).

I would like to find a way to best assign (possibly automatically) my writers to each tasks to meet my clients end dates. One writer can only work on one task at a time.

How can SmartSheet help on this with Resources allocation ? Any idea ?

My process is to coordinate the writing of those brochures.

I am imposed start and end dates by my clients.

For each task I can allocate a set of a pool of writers (from one to many). Each writer can write 10 pages per day.

I would like SmartSheet to find the best resource allocation to meet my clients end dates.

I send you the smartSheet per email.
