If other users can't see what I entered, that's great.
It might be a session thing, but I don't think so.

More investigation.
I found a previous WebForm and when I typed the info for the matching text, nothing showed up.
I entered data. I closed the form. I reopened the form (from a link on the Community)

I typed "5" and got one of the 555 entries in the list below, but not both.
That one was entered today.
So maybe it refreshes/clears a cache of some sort.

Doesn't it show your previous entries only? (The next person won't see it, unless he/she fills it out on your computer - with uncleared cache)

I think I have come to the same conclusion - this an auto-complete setting in Chrome.
I am very wary of security issues.
It isn't paranoia if they are really out to get you.
