Have you looked inside the Solution Center? There is a template called "Place an Order Form" that might be what you're looking for.

I looked inside the solution center but I can't create the purchase order with that template, I want to create official document for the order easy to use for our team :

new number for every PO
company logo

do you think it's possible with Smartsheet or it's easiest with excel ?
