When a Form is filled out the data is being put on row 50 something when the rest of my data ends on row 10. How can I reset the page so the next entry populates on roll 11?
Hi,
Try deleting the rows that are empty from row 11-50.
Did it work?
Have a fantastic week!

it works but the next form submitted populates down near the bottom again.
That's strange!
I'd be happy to take a look!
Can you maybe share the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)

I have the same problem :/ Any suggestions on what's the problem and how to solve it?
Right now I'm using the trial version as I want to show my boss the Smartsheet potential. I'm familiar with the tool already and I did not experience this kind of issue in the past.
Best regards,

Hi @Karina Przybyłek
I hope you're well and safe!
Try deleting all rows that are empty below the last submission that was in the correct place.
Did that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

Yes, that helped. Thank you.
Is it a bug or a feature? ;)
@Karina Przybyłek
Excellent!
You're more than welcome!
Haha! It's neither. It's by design. Even though the rows might look empty, there can still be information that activated them.
Hi, I'm in the midst of a Smartsheet trial and would like to understand how to set up a project schedule that uses a firm delivery deadline. I understand I could use Start-to-Finish relationships, but this disallows use of many to one predecessor relationships (multiple tasks that are gated by a single work item). I would…
I have a sheet that has a good number of automations that populate a field based on a value changing in a cell. These same automations have been working just fine since March up until today. All of a sudden they are being triggered when there is no change to the cells in question. If I click into the cell history, it…
I need to add multiple columns to a project using Global Update. I only see an option in Control Center to add a single column, one at a time. Can anyone tell me if what I'm trying to do is possible, and how to proceed?
