Recently we updated some of our reports with the new automation. However, only two colors (green and red) are populating in that automated email. We have yellow and blue that are not showing. Can anyone assist? Are we doing something wrong?

I've rebuilt my form at least five times and for the life of me cannot figure out why it will not trigger. I've tried to test and run it several times to no avail. Any tips would be very helpful. I was able to successfully trigger once, now nothing at all for a week.
I have an automation that will send a request for an update to a supplier about a complaint. There are fields that the supplier needs to see to understand the issues. But, I would like to be able to lock those down so that the supplier cannot change the information in those fields. Is this possible? Freda
