How to add "Reasons Why" to the Decline action of a Approval Workflow

Hi @Rebecca Olvera

The Comment option is a Field that you can include along with the Approval request. In your screen capture, I can see that under the "Save response in" section of the Approval block you have your email written and 17 fields. This is where you can select a "Comment"!
