Multipal projects using one resource pool
We use MS Project to manage over 30 projects using one resouce pool. We also cross link certain tasks between these project. eg. Every project has Engineering yet we can not work on them all at once thus we link between projects to create a good view of their schedule.
I am not finding where Smart Sheet can do this. Then again maybe I am not looking in the correct place.

If you are a team or enterprise user, try the resource management tool. You can use it to track user allocation across all your projects and sheets.
