Discussions - Allow html and embedded images

I would like to see if under the discusisons section of an entry if the discussions can be updated to allow html graphics.  There are times when we have to copy/paste into the discussions field and we are copying from an outlook html email. Many times users will embed images into the email and/or their signature or other pertinent information is in an html format. When you paste into the discussions field, the images are removed thus loosing the format from the outlook message. It would be great if the discussions field could support html and embedded images from another source such as an outlook email.
