Error - Web form - "The item is not currently available..."

I am getting the following message when I am uploading a webform (Image attached) . Can anyone point me in the righ direction here? what I am doing wrong?

This was a bug.

Smartsheet is still reporting degraded performance

and I was told this bug was part of that.

For me, the WebForms stopped working when trying to upload files but seemed OK without them.

They pushed out an update sometime Friday May 27th -- mid afternoon on the US East Coats if I recall correctly. This update fixed my problem.
