Does anyone have a good Issues/Risk log templete?
Hi Jeff-- Apologies for the delayed response! If you're still looking for a template, you might check out our Simple Bug and Issue Tracker template, or our Help Desk Ticket Tracker, which you might be able to modify slightly to meet your requirements
The Simple Bug and Issue Tracker works well as an Issue Log but not as a Risk Register. That would be a good template to add.
