auto fill / populate cells

I am tying to automate some cells in smart sheet, for example
If I put in an emplyees name in a column cell then I would like to have next column cell automaticaly fill in their phone number, next column cell will put in their email etc.

Hi SM-- We don't currently offer the ability to auto-populate cells based on a contact list or other information, but I've added your vote for this to our enhancement request list. Thank you for your input!
