I am working on a way to verify if data in all my sheets (about 10) is accurate, however, the trouble I am running into is the data is frequently updated. Is there a way to run a report that is like activity log within each sheet?

That's a great question.
I believe accuracy may be the wrong word. I am looking for data completion and congruent information.
We have about 10 different project sheets built with a template for building or renovating charter schools. Each template has a few reports to tell the Project Managers which dates are about to pass and that they need to update the task status, start or end date. I have another report that looks at the phases which break out the tasks into smaller portions. They would do the same and confirm if the phase status, start or end date need updated. We need data to be updated routinely for meetings on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure everyone is aware of the status and next steps on the timelines.
It looks like I can pull login reports and activity logs to capture what was updated and how often they are logging in. My other reports I described are attached as well.

Has this platform been created because Smartsheets cannot add these functionalities or does not plan to add them? How does this system interface with Smartsheets, is it a separate link/signin that pulls data from Smartsheets?

Zapier could be an excellent option for this scenario.

I have a monthly report I send out that has a long list of recipients. I know I can edit the recurrence of it being sent, but does anyone know of an easy way to just add or take out people that get my email without having to recreate the whole thing?
