Employee Verification/Consent/Sign Off

Hello:

I am looking for a streamlined solution that will allow us to obtain employee verification/sign-off acknowleding they've reviewed a document.

Does SmartSheets have a template that will allow you to import your employee listing to allow them to sign-off and monitor responses? Would be great if reminders could be sent to those who have not responded after a certain period of time.

There are several ways to set this up. The best way depends on your specific need.

You could, for example, use an approval workflow, update request or an integration like DocuSign.
