Automation Alert Someone Email subject

Hi all,

Currently, when setting up an automated alert to someone, you can customize the message by entering the email subject/body.

Right now, you can only enter free text in these fields. I was curious if you can set the email subject to fill in what was entered on an field on a form. I'll add a screenshot to clarify
