Some of our users are finding it hard to look at emails that have been attached to a cell. they are able to download the email but then it turns up blank. Is there any way to get around this?

Hi Jennifer-- Please do reach out to our Support team! I'd suggest attaching one of the emails in question, as well as clarifying the browser and operating system used by the users who are having trouble viewing the emails.
