I am unable to open any of my existing report , here is the error message:
an unexpected error has occured running your report and the smartsheet.com team has been notified.

We have the same problem with reports. The sheets themselves are accessible, but roll-up reports crashing.

Attempts of contacting someone at SS have been unsuccessful. First confirmation of a system problem was from this thread.

We're suffering the same problem.

We reported the problem almost 2 hours ago, by telephone and support ticket. We're also hitting the twitter feed regularly. It's stopped our office in it's tracks - does anyone have any prior experience of this and how long their resolution took?

We are having the same issue in the US. We can open the master report export to google docs or excel sort and limp along but this is a productivity killer.
SS management please update as to the status of the fix.

yes same here and now i can also not indent anny of my rows either. I checked on the system statuse and there is nothing reported there. How do we notify them of these problems if we cannot submit tickets?
