Trouble with Downloads

When I click on an attachment, the file starts to download, but the process doesn't seem to make progress and the download never completes. Thsi has been happeneing for about 4 days now. Any ideas?

I would suggest emailing support@smartsheet.com..I have not seen or experienced this issue. Good luck
