Update Request with attachment

I've tried to send an update request to include the files attached to that row. I've selected "include attachments." However, the updated request does not send the attachments along? Is this a bug or am I doing something incorrectly?

When I 'send' the row and select attachments, it works fine.

Any help on this is greatly appreciated! Karen

It should work. How are you sending the Update Request, automatic or manual?

If automatic, what's triggering it?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)

Can you share a screenshot of the update request that the receiver gets? Delete any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help.

I should have been more clear that I want to see the one you fill out. After you press the Open Update Form. Scroll to the bottom where the comment field is.
