Date in form has changed from English to American

Afternoon,

Is this a bug, one of our forms requires the user to put date of registration in, this afternoon it has flipped from the English version DD/MM/YYYY to the American MM/DD/YYYY....I need to change this back asap - can anyone advise on the reason this has happened.

Getting Error About Emulated Environments
