I want to make an highlight the row if the same data is available in some other sheet.

Shartsheets cannot interigate other smartsheets. You can now do a Lookup within a sheet but not accross sheets.
Sorry I cannot be of more help, but until Smartsheet develop the Vlookup formula using data from other sheets this is not possible.
If you have the Enterprise version you could use the ODBC connector to create two connected spreadsheets and do the lookup in Excel.
