I have a Consulting firm and have multiple clients working on my Smartsheets. Each client really need their own branding on their respective sheets, Workspaces and Dashboards.
Is this possible?

Do your clients have their own Sheets, Workspaces, and Dashboards? If yes, the simplest method would be to change the branding on the Workspace(s) and that would show on all the objects in the Workspace.
