Bold Milestones in Gantt View

Hello all,

Is there any way to make the task name shown next to my milestone in gantt view bold so it stands out from the other tasks??

I have tried every menu and option I can think of with no change in how the task name appears.

Thanks!

Just checking to make sure you are aware that you can designate a label for the rows in your gantt bars. You can concatenate more than one column data into the column that feeds your label. Have you tried that?

    Hope that helps

To add you can make you label column bold so that should do it?

  • Thank you for the response RichardR.  There's no issue making my label column bold, however the text in the gantt view stays unbolded.  Could it be that the milestones are linked from another sheet?

  • Hi Josh—

We currently don't have a way to change the formatting on the Gantt display labels on the right side of tasks and milestones (formatting can only be changed in the sheet grid) but I'll pass your feedback for this along to our Product team for further review.

We've had a few customers wanting to be able to change the font or bold the text, as well as wanting to move the display position of the label. Smile

  • Shaine,

Thanks for the response and glad to know I wasn't hunting for something that was obvious!
