How can i disable a workspace after a certain dates. Sorry guys, new in smart sheet.

Hello Arif,
There isn't a way to disable or diactivate a workspace after a certain number of days but I'll add your vote for this to our enhancement request list for further consideration.
With that being said, you can move sheets out of the workspace and into your sheets folder, or into a different workspace for archival purposes. The Help Center article that Tony linked about covers draging and dropping items into (or out of) a Workspace.
You can also consider unsharing all collaborators from the Workspace if your goal is for other users to not have access to the information: http://help.smartsheet.com/articles/522067-workspace-sharing#remove
