Count IF multiple criteria

Hi -

I would like to have a formula to count items based on a couple of criteria - Status and Deliverable.

I have attached a picture of the columns.

Nevermind. I found the answer. I need to use COUNTIFS. Haha...i love it when I answer my own questions.
