Has anyone failed a quiz in eAcademy and tried to retake the quiz but the system would not allow you to complete the module? I failed the Apps & Integration quiz. I've completed everything else required to unlock the Wrapup and Certification Test but the system will not allow me. I've emailed Support and they are having trouble resolving the issue. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I failed I think 1 or 2 when I took the quizzes and did not have any issues. The support team would be the best route to fix the issue I'd say..
