Can we set working hours for perticular project to each resource associated? As each resource may works on multiple project daily, we want to assign working hours for each project i.e. if resource R1 is working 3 diffrent project parallely, so can we assign 3 hours for P1, 3 Hours to p2 and 2 hours for p3 daily.

There isn't functionality in Smartsheet to set working hours per resource (or a decent workaround to supliment this) but I'll add your vote for this to our enhancement request list for further consideration.
