Hi have a survey system that sends an email to a user with an attachment. I would like to know if SmartSheet can automatically load that email into a sheet for future reference? The idea is to have the system automatically email SmartSheet and then it can be loaded - hope that makes sense
Hi Jacob—there isn't programmed functionality for this built into Smartsheet but I'll pass your feedback for this along to our Product team for further consideration.
With that being said, if you're an Office 365 for Business user, you may be able to accomplish this with our Outlook integration: http://help.smartsheet.com/articles/1960482-smartsheet-app-for-outlook
Otherwise, you might investigate how you can do this with Zapier or Azuqua, which are both designed to automate processes between applications.
