Can I use a drop down menu to auto fill line item onto another sheet?

or can I have another sheet have a rule that says "if drop down menu reads dept.#2 fill in information drom another sheet"?

Smartsheet cannot reference or add date to another sheet except by cell linking. There are 3rd party apps like zapier or azqua thst may be able to be used.
