Sync Smartsheet calendar to Outlook - help troubleshooting issue please

Hi everyone, thanks to the useful posts here, I was able to sync the Smartsheet Calendar to Outlook, but no events show up in Outlook. I am pretty new to Smartsheet, so not sure what information you might need to help me troubleshoot. Can anyone help please?
