API Load Error with Python Executable

I have created a python script in PyCharm, the file has been running with no issues. I converted the file to .exe using PyInstaller and auto-py-to-exe but with both methods I receive the following error after running the .exe:

"Import Error! Could not load api or model class folders."

A screen shot of the command line is attached to this post. I am not sure if this is an issue with the my program or with the conversion tool. Has anyone else had this issue?

I found a stackoverflow post about this that you may find helpful: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/39001131/including-smartsheet-sdk-in-a-bundled-app-via-pyinstaller

From what I can see, it looks like the code needs to explicitly import the objects, e.g. smartsheet.Sheets instead of import smartsheet.

I would recommend continuing the conversation on that stackoverflow thread if you have additional questions in case that user can provide more insight.
