Pasting text color from Excel?

I have rows in excel where some are red and some are black.When I paste rows from excel into smartsheet, the red ones become black as well. How I can copy in those rows without losing the colors?

 

Conditional formatting would be a work around for some of the red rows but it would not be possible for all.

Dont think you can Tobrien, I'd look for a dfferent way as Copy Pasting is prone to errors, automation is much safer!
