I am trying to setup conditional formatting for a cell if it does NOT contain certain text. There is an option for contains, but not the other way around.
Ideas for a solution or go around?

Will "is not equal to" not work?
Its very frustrating when you are adding multiple columns and having to use the slide bar to move to the end and then click the 3 dots and add another column. Seems there has to be an easier more productive way.
