I have some questions about using smartsheet for managing sign ups for courses

The aim is micromanage / manually edit lists as little as possible. I would like to use automation for situations below:

Is there a way to automatically stop/block the option for duplicate enrollments from the same person ( based on email address)?

Set a default maximum limit for enrollments? ( stop registration option when the limit is reached)

Allowing enrollments for specific audience only ( maybe based on email adsress)?

I am not the one specifically working on the sheets, I just need to investigate if any of these would be generally possible.

I'll add my answer here as well!

There are a few different ways to structure a solution.

One method could be to send a message when the email address used has already been enrolled.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)

I have a similar situation, trying to use Smartsheet to handle conference sessions sign ups, need to block sessions that reach 15 participants. I will be meeting with the team running it later this afternoon. Any thoughts are appreciated.
