MULTIPLE LINE (CHILDREN) IN ONE FORM

Hi. I am thinking of automating our Supplies Request using Smartsheet. Inside a Supplies Request Form, you can request more than 1 materials/supplies. What should I do inside a form to make requestor request more than 1 materials/supplies and make it appear in the sheet that there's only one SR form and under it (children) are the requested materials/supplies? Is it possible?

Unfortunately exactly what you are trying to accomplish is not possible. One form can only populate one row. That is an excellent idea though. Feel free to Submit a Product enhancement Request when you have a moment!

Hi Mariniel,

Two possible workarounds could be:

1. Have two forms. The first to start the request and the second that would reload the same to add the materials.
2. You could use a sheet where they add the information and then an Automated Workflow to copy/move it to a different one.

Would any of those methods work/help?
