Hi,
Trying to create a report but the report builder just doesn't come up, just spins displaying the attached message. It's been more than 8 hours and it like its stuck. Can anyone advise how do i get around this.

I've never seen that message. Have you tried logging out and in again?
Did that work?

I have a Pro plan but I cannot create ANY reports. The system does not allow me to choose a folder, and consequently a sheet to create a row report and suggests an upgrade to Business or Enterprise.
