COUNTIFS

I am trying to count number of lines from project master list that are in a certain region and when the Forecast $ is greater than the Actual $. Looking for projects that were under the Forecast $.

Simple formula but will not work. Please help.

=COUNTIFS({Region}, =Label$3, {Forecast $}, >"0", {Forecast $}, >{Actual $})

You will need to add a column on the source sheet that compares the forecast to the Actual then use this new column for your range/criteria set.
