Is it possible to use a formula to help users complete a form?

We are asking for updates to quality documents.

The form asks for the document number and the title.

Is there way to auto-populate the title in the Form once the number is entered?

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment to have your vote added

There might be a possible workaround! Is a third-party service an option?

If the third-party solution was covered by our agreement with smartsheet, it could be considered.

Ok. The options I have in mind aren't from Smartsheet.

A possible workaround could be to use a sheet instead of a form.

Would that work/help?
