Report on Last Comment date?

I'm seeing that the System Modified field is NOT updated after entering a new comment on a row. Is there a way to report on the Last Comment Date? I am trying to identify a way to create a report on my sheet that shows Last Update dates, and Comments are being utilized to provide a status update, or entry of the last activity. Trying to avoid going to a "Status" Column to get a modified date when the status is updated.

Hi @Spud Software,

As you have found, changes made to the discussions, attachments, or formatting (font color, background color, etc) are not logged in the Modified Date column. There also isn't a way to report on the built-in Comments column.

When you have a moment, submit a Product Enhancement Request to let our Product team know that you'd like to have this functionality in Smartsheet.

Hi, @Deonizia Egan , today workflow automation can be triggered by changes to attachments and comments.

In this case, create a workflow automation to record a date when a comment for the row is added or changed.
