Automation with Time selection

Is there a way to allow a user without access to the smartsheet to select a time and date?

We use the automation to send emails out to contractors so that they can give us a work start date. However, we also want to know the exact time of day that they can come out and do the work.

Or is there a way to format a column to include either date and time or just time?

Any help is much appreciated!

I would suggest just adding in a text/number type column and including that in the automation.
