I am having a similar issue- but cant quite figure out where i ma going wrong. I ma looking to add 2 values IF a box is checked.
I keep getting a circular error.
Any assistance would be very helpful as I will use condition like this often in our workbooks.

If I'm understanding correctly--- I would try =IF(CHECK14=1, SUM([SFR VAL]15:[SFR VAL]17))
This will total your range of fees basked on the CHECK14 cell being checked.
