Emails not working

Hello, has anyone else discovered that email update requests are not sending from smartsheet?  Also when you 'send row' the email is not being sent...!!!

 

Smartsheet is this something you are aware of?

I too am having trouble sending out smart sheet web form through email today.

Hello, this similar situation appears to be happening again - send update requests are not going out to email addresses within our company org - anyone else find this problem?

Can confirm we are still not receieving emails at all.

 

We have been told to whitelist the domain. We will NOT be doing this as a band-aid solution. This needs to be fixed.

 

Emails have been working from smartsheet for the last 12months without issues. They upgrade a system and all of a sudden it is for us to fix on our end. Don't think so....
