Our financial services company has a policy that requires data to be kept within the EU territorial limits, is there a way to request this for SmartSheet forms and their associated data?

All Smartsheet servers are in the US and we don't have a method for storing data in servers located in EU territories. I'm not sure on how willing your company is to change their policy, but Smartsheet does have quite a strict security policy: https://www.smartsheet.com/security-info
