    Happy to help! 👍️

Throwing a #DIVIDE BY ZERO error on a COUNTIFS, you will probably initially be told what that particular error means along with some basic documentation and trouble shooting tips for it along with some other options of maybe saving the sheet as new and seeing if it happens there, using a different Sheet Summary field, entering the formula on the sheet itself instead of in the Summary, clearing your browser history, cookies, cache, etc. then logging out and logging back in, trying a different browser, trying a different computer, etc.

If that doesn't work, the next step would most likely be looking at the data referenced by the formula.

If that still doesn't clear up the issue, you'll probably be asked to give them the sheet name and URL and they can do a sheet refresh on the back end.

If it is STILL not working after that, there may end up being a screen-share/phone call and network trace while replicating the issue.

No. I haven't gone through support quite a few times myself. 🤣

Definitely keep us posted on the outcome!

  • Hahaha Paul this is amazing. @Charles Huenergardt see everything above ^

If you can test any of this and post your findings here, it will help the Support agent who receives your case narrow down the potential cause!

@Genevieve P Haha. Thanks. It's gotten to the point now that when I reach out to support, my initial email includes the URL and a back-end refresh request along with the list of all of the other troubleshooting steps from previous emails from other tickets.
